More photos from Schuylkill CC

This is No. 4. During the summer months the back of the green is surrounded by flowers.

Of course I was there on a rainy, overcast day... my photos reflect it. Nice par three, No. 11, I believe.

Schuylkill Country Club was originally a 1920 Willie Park 9 hole course until 1944, when Donald Ross came in and added 9 and touched up the Park 9.

"Schuylkill" is pronounced school-kill, and is the name of a nearby river.

Member Roy Heim, me in the middle, director of operations/superintendent Jim Rattigan. Jim is a stick... once carded a 66 on the course, and that was after taking a triple-bogey on this hole, the par 3 No. 16!

Great views all around the course.
